We combine independent procurement specialists and engineers with a curated marketplace of electrical solutions and suppliers. Role overview We are looking for two Senior Procurement Specialists who will: Act as SMEs and mentors to design the user flow experience on our platform, and review the documents. Their industry expertise and advice will be used to create a platform that will empower Americans access better flexible work opportunities, and it will also help EPC firms keep better, healthier margins! Once the user flow is completed, which should require 10 -20 hours of work. The incumbent will test the experience and give feedback until it is usable! You will directly influence how our procurement engine and marketplace work and may earn equity in ReadyToHire based on your involvement and performance. Key responsibilitiesAct as an Industry expert (advisor) and mentor Explaining processes and details between actors to the founder, so the industrial process mapping can reflect the best processes and standards of the industry Providing guidance and structure on Contract Management procedures and advice Defining clear boundaries and business rules that will be executed on the platform to enable EPC firms to keep better margins Assist on calls to select solutions that will build the platform Required profile Senior-level experience (7-10+ years) in procurement/sourcing for EPC firms or large electrical/industrial projects in the United States. Proven experience sourcing electrical solutions for EPC firms: e.g., substation equipment, MV/HV gear, switchgear, transformers, industrial electrical packages. Compensation & equity Compensation around $40 - $45 USD per hour or to be discussed, equity depending on involvement.
