IT Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure IT practices remain closely aligned with business objectives. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving collaboration across technical and product teams, and delivering high-quality technology solutions on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives using advanced planning, facilitation, negotiation, and dependency management techniques. Ensure IT project execution aligns with business goals and operational priorities. Define and manage project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation. Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and close-out. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings. Partner with technical and product teams to break down complex technology initiatives into clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable plans. Provide clear and consistent visibility into project status, progress, risks, and dependencies for project teams and stakeholders. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on IT project management experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project status and risks to stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Competencies Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
