AWS Sr. Cloud Infra Architect

Job Role - AWS Sr. Cloud Infra Architect Experience: 6 To 10 + year of Experience . Location - Plano, TX Onsite Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • More than 10+ years of experience overall and 5+ years of experience in working with AWS Infrastructure set up for Applications. • Cloud native design pattern knowledge and Experience in defining the 'right fit' Architecture for Applications based on AWS Well architecture framework. • Stateful and stateless application design knowledge. • Hands on Experience in designing and provisioning Infrastructure on AWS Cloud using Terraform or OpenTofu. • Strong understanding of Infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaaC automations using Terraform/OpenTofu, CICD using Jenkins/Github Actions. • Strong understanding of AWS Security and how to meet application compliance requirements. • Experience working with engineering teams to define best practices and processes as appropriate to support the entire infrastructure lifecycle - Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate such as automate lifecycle activities - self-service, orchestration and provisioning, configuration management. • Experience defining technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction. • Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools. Required Certifications: AWS Certified Solution Architect Nice to Have: • Strong understanding of infrastructure for Applications (Network, Storage, Processing, Backup/DR etc). • AI applications / agents development. • Knowledge of Pulumi. • Full stack development (React / NodeJS). Roles & Responsibilities • Design Infrastructure on AWS Cloud. • Perform Infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaaC automations using Terraform/OpenTofu, CICD using Github Actions. • Work on securing AWS environments and meet compliance requirements. • Define technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction. • Drive continuous improvement including design, and standardization of process and methodologies. • Assess feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration. Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Experience in driving continuous improvement including design, and standardization of process and methodologies. • Experience assessing feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions. • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
