Accounting Associate

Job Full Description Express is looking for an Accounting Associate for our Tuckerton based client. The company is growing and looking to add to its team! Accounting AssociatePay: $22-$25/hour/hr Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more! Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) Location: Tuckerton, PA Responsibilities of the Accounting Associate: Process single and batch credit card transactions as well as ACH transactions, and manage deposits for checks Prepare internal audits and reconciliations, as well as managing 3rd party agencies for collections Update Accounting Software for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions Maintain a task list of time sensitive transactions and process when due. Other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Accounting Associate: 2-5+ years experience in AP and AR Associates degree, with a focus in accounting preferred Must be comfortable with computers and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ADP software This is a great opportunity to start a career with a great local company!
