Landscape Technician -ChemicalElite Grounds by Stratton & Bratt Landscapes, LLCPosition DescriptionChemical Technician works closely with direct reporting relationship to address all chemical application needs (fertilization, weed control, etc.). for client properties.All Team Members Complies with Company policies and procedures.Interacts with other team members, Company leadership, vendors, clients, etc. by demonstrating respect, professionalism, integrity, and courtesyEmbraces and embodies Company valuesAccomplishes duties and objectives an individual contributor and as a team member.Completes “Rocks” (key result areas), mindful of quality standards and quantity expectations Chemical TechnicianEssential Functions Cleans and maintains chemical spray equipmentMixes chemicals as directedAs directed, anticipates, recommends, and applies chemicals as needed for assigned client properties. Role Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Education) Possesses valid Utah chemical applicator license or is willing to obtain Utah chemical applicator license within 90 calendar days of date of hirePossesses 2-3 years chemical application experience (preferred)Possesses valid Utah driver’s licensePossesses ability to lift 50 pounds without assistanceDemonstrates proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Englishcritical thinkingproblem shooting and problem solvingverbal and written communication skillsfollowing instructionsdetail orientationlearningteachingbeing taught Compensation $18.92 to $23.00depending on qualifications and experience Benefits Incumbent is eligible to participate in Company sponsored benefit plans
