Position Overview: We are seeking a Director of Field Strategy and Operations who will play a pivotal role in aligning our field activities with business objectives. This leadership position will ensure effective stakeholder engagement and operational alignment that resonates with our brand strategy. You will work across multiple regions to foster a cohesive approach to field strategy and operational excellence. This position involves close collaboration with the Business Analysis team to equip field teams with standardized dashboards and actionable data insights, enhancing performance tracking and execution. While you will oversee analytics requests, your focus will be on ensuring that field teams have the data they need for informed decision-making without directly creating reports. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Prioritization & Field Execution: Align field efforts with marketing initiatives, launch planning, and access strategies for maximum efficiency. Execution Excellence & Field Performance Tracking: Lead omnichannel strategies and KPI monitoring, ensuring insights from analytics drive performance. Strategic Alignment: Evaluate business trends to prioritize field activities alongside key initiatives in marketing and access. Field Communication & Decision Support: Serve as the primary communicator for field teams, clarifying CRM tools, insights, and priorities. Resource Allocation & Budget Management: Optimize the allocation of resources and budgets through data-driven strategies to enhance ROI. Team Development & Training: Mentor team members on reporting and analytics to strengthen field capabilities. Compliance Oversight: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on sales operations. Prior leadership experience in field roles or customer strategy is essential. Strong proficiency in business analytics and resource management within a commercial pharmaceutical setting. Demonstrated ability to resolve operational challenges effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally. The salary range for this role is $194,247.00 to $290,375.00, accompanied by an incentive opportunity. Actual compensation may depend on various factors, including experience and internal benchmarks.
