As a Team Shift Leader at Panda, you play a vital role in bringing our mission to life in our restaurants. Qualifications: Some high school education. Preferred experience in operations. Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, must be obtained at your own expense. Job Environment: During your duties, you will work in environments that might be hot due to steam from cooking and food vapors. The workspace is often limited, requiring employees to stand for extended periods. You will be involved in preparing both hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment while working efficiently without sacrificing precision. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and reaching across countertops to serve customers. The kitchens can be noisy and fast-paced, and effective verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.
