The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability and long-term successKey Responsibilities: Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and developing financial models to support strategic decision-makingCompare actual results to budgets and forecasts; identify variances and provide insight into performance driversMonitor financial trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiencyLead cost analysis initiatives and provide ongoing financial projectionsEvaluate proposed operational or process changes and assess financial impactDevelop and improve automated reporting and forecasting tools to increase productivity and accuracyAssist leadership in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for banking partners and board presentationsSupport long-term financial planning and scenario analysis initiatives Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related file2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst roleStrong financial modeling and forecasting experienceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is requiredStrong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsSelf-starter with ability to streamline processes and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
