Now Hiring: Body Shop Parts Specialist (Parts Person) We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Body Shop Parts Specialist to join our collision repair team. This role is critical to keeping repairs on schedule by ensuring the correct parts are ordered, received, and distributed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Order all parts needed for collision repairs based on estimates and technician needs Verify part accuracy, pricing, and availability with vendors Receive, check in, and properly label all parts upon delivery Match parts to repair orders and stage them for technicians Track and resolve backorders, returns, and credits Communicate clearly with estimators, technicians, and vendors regarding part status Maintain accurate records and inventory of parts Ensure all parts meet quality and fit requirements before repairs begin Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive body shop or parts department preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to read and understand repair estimates and parts diagrams Excellent communication and follow-up skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop management systems a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a professional collision repair operation Apply today to join a team that values accuracy, teamwork, and quality repairs.
