Housekeeper- Full time Perform daily scheduled cleaning services, including a variety of cleaning functions/requests in homes and or departments as assigned by ManagerSurface dustingDishwashingVacuum, mop and sweepClean windowsOven and stovetop cleaningBathroom cleaningKitchen cleaningMake bedsLaunder clothesIronPerform thorough deep clean of units/homes as requiredAbility to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.Report all maintenance issues to Manager, immediatelyReport all safety and security issues to Manager, immediatelyCommunicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilledUnderstand and strive toward the goals of the Quail Ridge Mission StatementPerform other functions as assigned by managementAbility to read and speak English to communicate with ownersPrevious experience in private housekeeping environment preferredAbility to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.Must be high energy, guest service oriented and able to ensure our guests/members are handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalismMust have the ability to effectively communicate with guest/members and co-workersAble to work a flexible schedule as neededUtilize gas powered or electric utility vehicle/golf cartKnowledge/Ability to Vacuum and IronUtilize all-purpose cleaner, bleach, disinfectant, furniture polish, oven cleaner, glass cleaner and other related general cleaning productsAdhere to Quail Ridge dress and grooming standardsProper use of all company equipment and vehiclesAdhere to all posted traffic signs and speed limitsAdhere to Quail Ridge emergency proceduresPrevious experience in housekeeping requiredPrevious cleaning experience required Apply on our website at: Drug Free Workplace /Equal Employment Opportunity
