The Team As part of our expansion in 2024, A&M Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) is building a specialized Telecom & Digital Infrastructure practice. We seek expert consultants and operators with robust industry knowledge to craft actionable strategies and see them through execution. A&M aids companies in navigating complex market dynamics, including telecom, by providing insights on strategic growth, operational streamlining, resolving tech debt, managing investments, and executing M&A. Our clientele includes traditional telecom operators, private equity firms, digital infrastructure providers, government entities, and cross-industry enterprises, covering areas like wireline (cable, fiber, legacy), wireless, data centers, satellite, and next-gen infrastructure technologies. Your Role and Responsibilities Lead workstreams effectively with a focus on delivering results. Guide yourself and your teammates toward meeting objectives set by project leadership. Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to plan and design work. Engage regularly with clients and showcase a strong executive presence. Support proposal and sales efforts significantly. Identify client needs that may create new opportunities for A&M; cultivate personal relationships in a business context while maintaining an active professional network. Foster an inclusive and positive environment that engages all team members. Qualifications 4+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience. Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Sound judgment and robust troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to tackle strategic issues while considering cross-functional requirements. Willingness to travel as needed. The salary range for the Manager position is $135,000 to $160,000 annually, variable based on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also provides a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
