Position Description Cherokee County Health and Rehab is seeking a caring and motivated Nurse who has a passion for the geriatric field. - Full time 7:00p - 7:30am - Competitive pay rates! - $34.00 per hour RN Pay - $24.00 per hour LPN Pay -Shift Differential ($2.00 for all hours worked from 3pm-11:30pm and $3.00 for all hours worked 11p-7:30am ) - BCBS Health Insurance - Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Disability, Cancer and other elective insurances (after 30 days) - 7 Paid Holidays including your birthday - Accrued PTO after 30 days - 403b Retirement plan Job duties will include (but not limited to) full resident care, Med Pass, electronic documentation, collection of on-going resident response to care, admission and discharge planning, resident/family interaction, and floor supervision.
