Description Join our dynamic Information Governance Department as a Primary Matter Mobility Analyst, where you will lead and implement the Firm's complex matter mobility projects. As a senior expert, you will play a crucial role in designing processes, mitigating risks, and coordinating efforts across teams on high-impact initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Oversee enterprise-level mobility projects including mergers, acquisitions, and major migrations. Create standardized frameworks, quality controls, and acceptance criteria for mobility initiatives. Generate advanced analytics and executive reports to guide leadership in decision-making. Evaluate and recommend new tools and automation solutions; collaborate on technology selection processes. Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on intricate legal, technical, and retention matters pertaining to mobility. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency, security, and defensibility of processes. Mentor and support Senior Analysts and Analysts; serve as an escalation point for high-risk matters. Ensure that mobility practices are compliant with Firm policies and regulatory requirements. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS: Be available to provide after-hours support when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES): Education: Required: Bachelor's degree; Preferred: Advanced degree or professional certification in information governance or project management. Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in matter mobility, eDiscovery, records management, or related fields. Strong skills in document management, secure transfer platforms, and reporting tools. Proven success in leading complex projects and engaging cross-functional stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to think strategically and design effective processes. Expertise in technical and data analysis. Excellent communication skills for executive-level engagement and stakeholder influence. Strong awareness of risk management and defensibility in decision-making. Experience in mentorship, knowledge transfer, and program leadership. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is based in an office environment. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets will be used. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This role involves sedentary work, requiring the ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds and to sit for extended periods. VISUAL ACUITY: Close visual acuity is required for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, extensive reading, and transcribing. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The salary ranges for this position vary by location and depend on factors such as experience, education, licensure, market demand, and organizational needs. Typical salary ranges are: Las Vegas & Minneapolis: $76,500 to $96,500 Chicago & Atlantic City: $88,000 to $108,000 Denver, Los Angeles, Morristown, Princeton, Washington, DC & Seattle: $95,000 to $115,000 New York & San Francisco: $105,000 to $125,000 For further details about compensation and benefits, please refer to Fox Rothschild's resources.
