In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up welding machines, monitoring the welding process, inspecting final products, and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards. This position is perfect for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for robotics and manufacturing.Key Responsibilities Set up and operate robotic welding machines, ensuring proper machine calibration and programmingLoad, position, and secure workpieces, fixtures, and toolingMonitor the welding process to ensure high-quality welds that meet specificationsPerform quality checks, inspect welds for accuracy, and adjust settings as neededMaintain and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficientlyCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standardsFollow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in welding or robotics is a plusPrevious experience with robotic welding systems is required (at least 2-5 years preferred)Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and quality standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipmentDetail-oriented, with a focus on producing high-quality workFamiliarity with safety practices and OSHA standards Skills Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a teamAble to follow instructions carefully and work accuratelyKnowledge of or willingness to learn warehouse safety practices Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)Extended periods of standing, kneeling, and working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to operate and handle tools and machinery safely and effectively Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Retirement plan options 401(k).Ultra Corpotech Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
