Join our dedicated team and help us prioritize health! The Senior Technology Leader is key in overseeing the delivery and performance of software and hardware products. This role collaborates with the vendor management team, procurement, and various internal IT teams to address diverse challenges, from moderate to complex, involving third-party SaaS products. Your contributions will span from the strategy phase and requirement gathering to user story creation, design, and volume production release. You will validate product designs and influence leaders and teams by engaging with business stakeholders and participating in release planning and roadmap development. Additionally, you will evaluate and qualify cutting-edge technology components, ensuring production schedules are met and that products comply with specifications and quality standards. Your role will include providing technical support and collaborating with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to resolve product-related issues. As a trusted advisor to executives, you will help develop impactful functional strategies and exercise independent judgment on complex matters. Utilize your expertise to create positive change Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in Anaplan implementation. Proficient in database management (Data Lake, SQL). Familiarity with resource, procurement, and vendor management processes. At least 2 years of project leadership experience. Proven track record in leading large-scale system implementation projects. Familiarity with application technologies and infrastructure. Understanding of HR systems. Experience with unit testing and mocking. Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders. Advanced experience in leading special projects, generating metrics, and producing trend reports. A passion for improving consumer experiences within an organization. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree. Experience managing large-scale, highly visible programs with multiple project teams. Solid understanding of operations, technology, communication, and processes. Six Sigma certification. ITIL certification. Additional Information: Home Office Requirements: Must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates in California will be reimbursed for internet costs. Minimum standard speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload is mandatory. Satellite and wireless internet services are not acceptable for this position. A dedicated workspace free from disruptions is essential to protect member PHI/HIPAA information. Travel may be required occasionally to attend training or meetings at Humana's offices. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: This position offers a starting base pay of $117,600 - $161,700 annually for full-time employment (40 hours per week). The pay may vary based on location and individual qualifications. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
