Join us if you're passionate about your career growth, as we are committed to yours! We are seeking a dynamic Lead Engineer for Integration Support (MuleSoft) to become a part of our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities: Act as the MuleSoft subject matter expert, managing daily operational health while collaborating with specialists to tackle complex integration challenges. Oversee and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring swift resolution and transparent communication with stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis for integration problems and implement preventive solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Diagnose and resolve intricate system configurations, production, and deployment issues. Utilize monitoring and logging tools (such as MuleSoft Monitoring, queues, etc.) to detect and address performance bottlenecks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and project managers—to capture integration requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and batch processes utilizing Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, and CloudHub. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of recent experience in enterprise integration with practical expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certification as a MuleSoft Developer (Mule 4) is advantageous. Extensive experience in designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions, including API-led connectivity, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and DataWeave. Proficient with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager), DataWeave, Mule 4.x runtime, API governance, and security policies (OAuth 2.0). Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols (HTTP/s, JMS, JDBC), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV). Familiarity with CI/CD concepts (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), DevOps practices, and cloud platforms is essential. Proven ability to independently assess and resolve complex technical issues without requiring constant supervision. Skillful in translating business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG offers a competitive compensation package. We promote equal opportunity and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
