Job DescriptionAfrican Caregivers LLC, an approved New Jersey DDD provider, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals receiving services with behavioral acuity needs under Embedded Behavior Supports.This is a part-time contract role (approximately 5–10 hours per month).ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)Support staff implementing Positive Behavior SupportsParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings as neededProvide crisis prevention and behavioral consultationEnsure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2)RequirementsActive BCBA Certification (required)Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferredFamiliarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standardsAbility to provide documentation of credentialsCompensationCompetitive hourly or monthly consulting rateFlexible scheduleTo Apply: Please send resume and BCBA certification.
