If interested in this Pharmacy Technician position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@ | text 5867107970 PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Horsham, PA 19044 " 100% On-site Payrate: $23/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday" Friday, possible weekends Available Shifts: 9a-530p, 10a-630p, or 3p-1130p PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Pharmacy Technician will assist Registered Pharmacists with the accurate preparation, filling, and packaging of prescriptions and IV medications within a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Technicians are also responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, managing data entry for billing purposes, and ensuring the workspace and equipment adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | RESPONSIBILITIES: Prescription Fulfillment: Fill prescriptions and prepare IV medications according to safety standards. Data Entry: Assist the Billing Supervisor with entering data into the pharmacy system for accurate filling and reimbursement. Packaging: Prepackage medications for dispensing and assist the Pharmacist in the final checking process, including staging and post-review packaging. Inventory Management: Support management by receiving and rotating incoming stock, posting lot numbers, and tracking expiration dates. Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sterile work environment and ensure all equipment is calibrated and safe for use. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under direct supervision.
