About the Role We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. New and experienced Therapists are welcomed! As part of our Hand Therapy team, we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior CHT's on everything from splinting to treatment of more complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans What You'll Do Performing Occupational Therapy Evaluations Performing Occupational Therapy Treatments Directing patient care Performing objective measures Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues What We're Looking For: Graduate from an accredited OT program Licensed in the state of California What We Offer Collaborative and friendly work environment Full coverage for Employee PPO Medical insurance 401k and Profit-Sharing Program Paid Vacation, Floating Holidays, Regular Holidays, Sick Time Employee Discount Programs Internal Mobility The pay range for this role is: 90,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Sand Creek Clinic and PT)
