Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the SR400 project. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in project scheduling using Primavera and will take ownership of developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. This role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure milestones are met, risks are anticipated, and resources are effectively allocated.Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule, including the creation of a baseline schedule.Perform daily updates to reflect project progress, including percentage of completion and financial impacts.Define and manage task dependencies and resource allocations.Conduct resource dimensioning and analysis to meet critical schedule milestones.Perform resource leveling and proactively identify and resolve overallocation issues.Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines to gather accurate scheduling data.Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Coordinate closely with the Civil Works contractor scheduler to align timelines and priorities.Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts or risks and propose corrective actions.Analyze and adjust contractor schedules to align with project needs.Provide clear feedback and schedule updates to management to support decision-making. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of scheduling experience.Proficiency in Primavera and strong understanding of scheduling principles.Experience in civil works projects; knowledge of ITS, Tolling, or NCS systems is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and project managers.Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and address scheduling challenges proactively.
