Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Medical Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to deliver onsite healthcare to employees in an industrial environment. This role includes acute care, preventative services, physical examinations, wellness coaching, and occupational health support. Perform medical histories, physical exams, and order or interpret diagnostic testing. Conduct annual physicals, biometric screenings, post-offer evaluations, audiograms, TB tests, and respirator fit testing. Document all patient encounters in the EMR and communicate with safety teams as needed. Provide employee education, wellness coaching, and support onsite health events. Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and chronic condition management within scope. Support daily clinic operations including workflow, inventory, and compliance. Collaborate with nursing staff, EMS, HR, safety teams, and onsite leadership. Provide occasional coverage at alternate clinic locations. Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice preferred. Understanding of OSHA standards, workers' compensation processes, and occupational health guidelines. Strong documentation, communication, and EMR skills. Ability to work independently and manage clinic operations effectively. Preferred Skills Venipuncture, IM/SQ vaccinations, wound care, suturing/stapling, splinting. Ability to interpret EKGs, mobile X-rays, and other diagnostic tests. Experience conducting occupational screenings (respirator fit tests, audiograms, etc.). Comfortable providing education or group presentations on wellness and safety topics. Physical Requirements Frequent walking, sitting, and computer-based tasks. Occasional lifting up to 60 lbs. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Work Environment Onsite clinic located within an industrial workplace.
