We're currently looking for a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and forming metal components to exact specifications, contributing directly to the quality and consistency our customers rely on. Responsibilities:Set up and operate manual and CNC hydraulic press brakes (175 & 250 ton). Operate metal shears, ironworkers, and other fabrication equipment. Read and interpret basic blueprints and specifications. Measure and mark reference points using tape measures and layout tools. Follow safety and quality procedures consistently. Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs. Operate forklifts and assist with general shop duties. Requirements:1+ year experience operating press brakes or working in a fabrication/warehouse setting (preferred). Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Team player with good communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and wear steel-toe boots. Must pass a pre-employment exam, background check, drug screen, and E-Verify. Forklift operation experience preferred. Must be able to read and write in English. Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 40 hours/week. Occasional mandatory overtime. Benefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance (partially paid).
