Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide professional, goal-oriented therapy services to our pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting. Our Pediatric Day Health Care Centers (PDHC) are bright, cheerful spaces designed especially for children with complex medical needs. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where kids up to age eight receive skilled care and therapies - all while playing, learning, and interacting with their peers. Position Details Status: PRN / Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, Daytime OnlyNo nights. No weekends. No holidays! What You'll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you'll play an essential role in helping children develop communication, language, and swallowing skills. Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients in alignment with individualized goals. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine treatment needs and progress. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that inspire growth and confidence. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, including nurses, therapists, and families. Document sessions, goals, and outcomes accurately and timely. Promote a fun, supportive, and positive therapy experience for every child. Qualifications Meets qualifications as established by ASHA or equivalent professional organization. Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida. Meets educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech pathology or audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association - or currently completing supervised experience toward certification. Valid, unexpired Driver's License. Pediatric rehabilitative experience preferred, but not required - we'll help you grow!
