Schedule Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm SUMMARY: Performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to dismantle, cleanse, disinfect and reassemble clusters. Gage product for quality standards prior to packaging for shipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any assembly-type functions by hand or through use of automation Operates industrial dishwasher and ultrasonic parts washer to clean and disinfect product Counts in returned product Reassembles/disassembles clusters Tests parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications Delivers finished product to shipping and transports product to workstation through use of company issued vehicle Maintains equipment to working standard Maintain proper computerized database to ensure adequate inventory levels meet customer orders Performs related duties as needed by supervision Read, understand and build product according to sales orders Performs check in, testing, disassemble, wash reassemble, testing and check out for pulsator Keeps track of damaged parts and reports them to supervisor Assigned tasks and duties as required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Ability to follow processes in assembly, disassembly and shipping within the department and an understanding on how to resolve common issues associated with assembled product. Prefer to have experience with assembly or dairy farm. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply reason while carrying out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for 8 hours. The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers to manipulate, pry, handle, and feel objects. Employees also regularly use Tools or controls and are asked to climb or balance. The employees are occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally Team Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
