Job Title: Support Specialist Department: Customer Engagement Grade: io 5 NE Classification: Non-Exempt EEO Category: Administrative Support Workers Job Description: The Support Specialist will report to a manager or shift supervisor. The Support Specialist will work within provided software platforms to generate, refine and qualify specialty candidates (i.e. medical, chaplain, etc.) for the Army National Guard. The Support Specialist will determine the basic level of suitability for interested individuals within a needed specialty as well as describe processes required to be accepted into that specialty. The Support Specialist will provide a high level of understanding regarding specialties and qualifications. He/she will provide this support via telephone and/or refer more complex problems to other staff members. Responsibilities: Interact with individuals to answer any questions they may have about theparticular specialtyprogram with Army National Guard Actively search through established databases and other repositories for suitable candidates for medical specialties Conduct basic prequalification interviews for those interested in joining the Army National Guard Receiveand make outboundphone calls with the intent of converting general inquires into qualified leads, interested in enlistment into the particular specialty program with the Army National Guard Provide exceptional customer service and relevant answers to callers ensuring they are in accordance with Army National Guard enlistment standards Reference, rely upon and stay within the boundaries of established scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides Advise visitors on enlistment eligibility according to Army National Guard enlistment criteria Provide callers with the contactinformation of various Army National Guard support elements Work well under immediate supervision and follow processes and protocol as outlined Promptly complete all projects and administrative tasks as assigned Communicate effectively via telephone and maintain the flow of information while keeping supervisors informed of any issues that may occur Accomplish other duties as assigned by management Gain functioning knowledge of the CRM used to process applications Work effectively with other team members to maintain positive morale and a sense of teamwork Complete and submit daily time reports Represent iostudio in a professional manner with all client leadership, vendors and staff The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification. Minimum Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent experience required MUST be able to qualify for a government security clearance Ability to multitask with multiple communication tools in order toprovide an exceptional level of customer service Patient and pleasant demeanor is required, as the main goal of this position is to provide positive communication to potential applicants Demonstrated recruiting experience for medical professionals required Military Medical Recruiting experience preferred Ability to type 40 words per minute Professional verbal and written communication skills a MUST.
