Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills. Familiarity with ITSM, IAM, and CMDB systems. Experience with audit, privacy, and security requirements including SOC2 and HIPAA. A dynamic work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a service-oriented approach. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of working independently to handle complex projects simultaneously. Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is desirable. Able to learn new technologies and effectively communicate technical issues to diverse audiences. Relevant certifications such as ITIL® Foundation and Atlassian cloud certifications are a plus. To ensure a secure hiring process, we implement several identity verification measures, including the submission of a government-issued photo ID.
