We are hiring motivated high school students ages 16 and up for part-time, after school assistance with cleaning, maintenance, and seasonal outdoor tasks.Seasonal and General Job Duties: Fall/Spring: Landscaping tasks such as raking leaves, clearing debris, weeding garden beds, and preparing grounds. Winter: Shoveling sidewalks and entrances after snow events, spreading salt/ice-melt. Year Round: Moving furniture, assisting with supply inventory, light maintenance organization, and facility cleaning. Schedule: Part time, approximately 15-20 hours per week. Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 7:00pm. (Shifts are limited to 4 hours on school days). We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age Must possess a valid NYS Working Permit (required for students under the age of 18) Able to handle the demands of shoveling, bending, lifting (up to 25lbs), and working outside in various weather conditions. Punctual, reliable, and committed to excellent attendance. Must be able to follow direction and work independently at times.
