Job Description Duration: Up to 2 years 3 nurse positions with children and youth Two positions for 7am-7:30pm 3 days a week & 7am-3:30pm 1 day out of the 14 day period. Job description includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring safety of each child on the ward, including monitoring of symptoms and conditions; Supervision of MHTA staff on the wards; Attending meetings CTP, morning meeting, TPR's, discharge, etc.; Noting of prescriber orders; Medication pass and health/medication teaching; Conducts nursing assessments; Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.; Maintains and updates patient records; Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
