Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Develop, configure, enhance, and troubleshoot key internal applications. Minimize backlog and enhance turnaround time for essential requests. Enable quick automation wins by identifying strategic development opportunities. Streamline technical processes by centralizing support across the team. Create integrations across diverse tools, systems, and data sources, such as APIs and automated flows. Design reusable components that speed up future project deliveries. Collaborate across functions to enhance overall business operations and initiatives. Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and consolidation in technical development. Act as the central technical resource for multiple workstreams. Develop scalable solutions that reduce dependency on various specialists. Lead ongoing improvements and automation projects within the systems. Provide technical insights for future evaluations, upgrades, and tool implementations. What You Bring Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience 5-7+ years of experience in development with languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL. Proficiency in APIs, system integration, and automation workflows. Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset. Quick adaptability to new tools, platforms, and technologies. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders across functions. Exceptional documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Familiarity with APEX is a plus. Experience in data workflows, system administration, or process automation.
