Job Full Description Job Title: Controller Location: Anmoore, WV Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually, based on experience Job Summary: A well-established organization in Anmoore is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations across 10 LLC entities. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong payroll, tax reporting, and multi-entity accounting experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting and financial operations for 10 LLCs Manage full-cycle payroll using ADP Prepare and file federal payroll tax forms, including 940s and 941s Complete quarterly payroll and tax filings Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting in QuickBooks Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all entities Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close Provide financial reporting and insights to leadership Qualifications: Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting role Experience managing multi-entity/LLC accounting Strong payroll background, including 940/941 filings and quarterlies Hands-on experience with ADP and QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities Apply Now!!
