You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare client materials, and play a key role in shaping the client experience.What You’ll DoExecutive Support & Calendar Management Act as gatekeeper for senior advisor’s communications and scheduleManage a dynamic calendar, resolve conflicts, and prepare meeting materialsCoordinate Zoom and in-person meetings, take minutes, and track follow-upsHandle incoming communications with discretion and timeliness Operations & Client Service Open and maintain client accountsTrack business submissions and planning progressMaintain organized records and follow through on action itemsPrepare client correspondence, reports, and presentations Team Coordination & Office Management Serve as the central hub for office operationsCollaborate with team members to complete shared tasksProactively resolve issues with clients and partnersEnhance internal systems, workflows, and databases What You Bring Minimum of 2+ years of professional administrative experience in financial services (required).Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)CRM experience (required)Strong technology skills and understanding of digital workflowsExceptional communication skills (phone, written, interpersonal)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Additional Traits Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic environmentsStrong time management and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What Triumph Offers Dental and Vision InsuranceLife, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability InsurancePaid Holidays and PTORetirement Savings Plan Equal Employment OpportunityTriumph Wealth Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
