Your Role The Strategic Planning & Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and performance reporting for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Business Analyst, Senior - Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance. In this role you will be managing sales data and developing comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights that will enhance sales performance and drive growth. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience Requires experience in querying and managing data in Excel Requires health plan experience with knowledge Requires strong organizational skills with attention to details Knowledge of key domains, including sales, claims/encounter data, cost of healthcare, and financial performance preferred Experience in CRM or Salesforce preferred
