Production Planning Manager

Job Summary: We're looking for a Production Planning Manager to lead scheduling and planning for our seed packaging and assembly operations. In this role, you'll make sure production runs smoothly, materials are available when needed, and inventory levels align with customer and seasonal demand. You'll partner closely with Operations, Warehouse, Shipping, and Supply Chain to keep plans on track and solve problems quickly. This position also leads our S&OP process and supports the planning team, helping drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the department. Location: 300 Park Ave, Warminster PA. 100% Onsite. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Essential Duties: Create and manage production plans for packaging, assembly, and palletizing Release and adjust work orders based on demand, materials, and operational priorities Use MRP to ensure materials are available and production stays on schedule Evaluate capacity, labor, and inventory to meet service and cost goals Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements Lead the S&OP process and align plans with business needs Partner with Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments Communicate priorities, risks, and changes to leadership Maintain clear reporting for visibility and decision-making Lead and develop the planning team Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or operations experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred) Strong understanding of production workflows, inventory management, and capacity planning Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across multiple teams Experience leading or mentoring a small team preferred Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Health Reimbursement Account 401(k) Plan with company match Generous Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Training and Development Short / Long Term Disability Life Insurance KASHABLE loan program Free garden vegetables from our farm from June to September!
