Chemical Process and Project Engineer Chicago Based - Remote Role Overview: Our client is seeking a local engineer to be home-based to design and manage projects for chemical and food customers in the Chicago area with 10-15% travel. This 30-year-old company maintains a fully staffed engineering group with a robust pipeline of projects, which is why this position is open. Responsibilities: Will meet with clients, reviewing engineering documents and flow diagrams, and collaborate with corporate engineering teams. This person could do all pieces of a project or some - including equipment specification, cost estimating, project tracking, equipment installation, and startup. This job also includes business development.
