Delivery Driver/ Shipping & Receiving/ Customer Service

Who You Are Reporting to General Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting daily retail store operations. The position includes responsibilities across shipping and receiving, customer service, retail support, inventory management, administrative functions, and delivering. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory and accounting software to maintain accurate records. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment. What You'll DoShipping & Receiving Receive and accurately register inbound shipments in the inventory system Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate efficient flow of goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery Manage inventory and order-related paperwork Load delivery vans/trucks (ability to lift up to 50lbs required) Count and inspect products for accuracy and quality Report overages and shortages to the Purchasing Team Participate in cycle counts Perform inventory counts Operate material handling equipment safely Maintain a clean and safe shipping and warehouse environment Drive company van for local deliveries Transfer inventory between retail locations (including Tacoma) Support sales representatives as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Customer Service & Retail Provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base Keep retail shelves organized and fully stocked Assist customers with in-store purchases What You BringRequired Qualifications Strong written and verbal English communication skills Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Valid Washington State Driver's License with excellent driving record High school diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years of shipping/warehouse experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, punctual, and dependable Proficiency in computer systems and inventory software Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred Additional Information Forklift experience is preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What We Offer401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Location: Mountlake Terrace Retail Store Pay: 18-24 an hour #IND1
