DescriptionEnergize your Career at SECO Energy!General Purpose of Job This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Director of Field Services as well as all other department personnel. Duties include general clerical and project-based work; coordination with other departments, administration and organization of all pertinent files and databases for the Key Accounts, Field Services and Surge Protectionunit; organize travel arrangements; schedule meetings, take meeting minutes and prepares various supporting documents and presentations for department personnel. This position will also be called upon to help solve member inquiries in support of the departmental mission. This role may also be asked to collaborate with the Corporate Communication and Member Experience Senior Administration Assistant on special department projects and may occasionally be required to provide backup support for the Senior Executive Administration Assistant.
