Events and Promotions Coordinator

We aim to enrich the lives of everyone we serve. We are excited to welcome an experienced Events and Promotions Coordinator to our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: Research and identify relevant events and shows within your assigned territory. Negotiate contracts with event vendors for optimal terms. Develop and maintain an annual calendar of events and shows. Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic event demonstrators. Schedule demonstrators to ensure coverage at events. Oversee booth and display set-up and tear down. Facilitate appointments for free in-home consultations during events. Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule consultations. Measure and report on the effectiveness of events and promotions. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. A positive, outgoing personality. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Experience in coaching, training, and motivating team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be available to work weekends. This position offers the flexibility of a W2 or 1099 arrangement for the ideal candidate.
