How You Will Make an Impact:We are looking for a Deli Delivery Driver for our Lynnhaven location. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of deli orders to customers, while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.Some typical tasks would be: Collect deli orders from the kitchen or deli counter, ensuring all items are correctly packed and match the customer's order.Deliver deli orders to customers in a courteous, timely and efficient manner.Address customer inquiries and concerns during deliveries and handle any delivery issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.Report any customer feedback or complaints to the deli manager.Maintain an organized delivery schedule to ensure all orders are delivered within the designated time window.Communicate with the deli regarding any delays or changes in delivery times.Maintain accurate records of deliveries and submit daily delivery logs or reports to the deli management team.Assist with packaging orders when needed during peak times.Monitor delivery supplies such as delivery bags, coolers, and equipment and report any shortages or replenishment needs to the deli supervisor.Market your zone by handing out flyers and cards to nearby businesses during your delivery drop-offs.
