Job Title: Facilities Engineer Company: Carlson Brigance & Doering Location: San Antonio Office Salary Range: $130,000+ (based on experience) Job Description: Carlson Brigance & Doering, a leading engineering firm, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our team. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in water storage/transmission and/or wastewater treatment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Manage and develop treatment facilities, lift stations, pump stations, storage facilities, and transmission/distribution systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, civil engineers, and environmental specialists. Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety codes. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation to support project goals and objectives. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance protocols. Requirements: Professional Engineer (PE) License (required). Proven experience in water storage, transmission, and/or wastewater treatment. Expertise in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure, including design and management of treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, and related systems. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
