Pay: $65k to $120K Total Earnings Top performers make $50+/hourWhat You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence. Perform high-quality repairs that exceed NEC standards-no shortcuts, no compromises. Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value. Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving. Deliver 5-star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times. What You Bring 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily. Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus. A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas. Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods. Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions. Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity.
