Here's what you will do: QualificationsQualifications: Readiness to relocate to Portland, Oregon Experience in specialized training topics Technical/University Education degree OR 2+ years of wind industry experience GWO and/or Wind Energy Instructor credentials Desired Traits:Passion for safety and education Leadership abilities Exceptional team collaboration Adaptability and strong organizational skills Eager to learn and teach Physical Requirements:Comfort with heights up to 300+ feet Compliance with specific weight requirements (130 to 260 lbs. max) Ability to handle repetitive tasks and weights up to 50 lbs. Supervise: Oversee assigned employees, supporting certification initiatives, and maintaining a professional training environment. Collaborate: Work with fellow instructors, ensuring compliance with GWO qualifications and company policies.
