Full or Part Time IM or FP MD with Addiction experience to join practice just outside of Boston MA Job 1556 BC or BE in Family or Intenral Medicine with Addiction experienceIdeal candidate would have at least 1 year experience working in primary care with individuals with addiction or have a strong interest in working with addictionsAddiction or Substance Abuse certification is preferred and Suboxone Certifiedis responsible for the primary medical care, medication assisted treatment & education of patients who struggle with addictionscan be part time or full time up to 40 hour work weekWill also have the opportunity to assist in a role as medical director of a program prividing primary care to patients on medication assisted treatment throug a local methadone clinicProvide medication assisted treatment including Suboxone and Vivitrol as deemed appropriateHospitalizes patients and assumes full care for those patientsM-F schedule with shared call interested in at least having a phone conversation to learn more?
