Job Description: Job Title: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse (Days) Location: Marion VA 24354 Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks Working Hours: 36/week Shift : 7a - 7p Responsibilities of LPN: Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the registered nurse or physician. Providing basic nursing care, including dressing wounds, inserting catheters, and assisting with personal hygiene. Educating patients and their families about healthcare issues and treatments. Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring confidentiality of patient information. Collaborating with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients. Experience Required: 3 year LPN experience. Certificates Required: LPN License VA BLS Last 4 digits of SSN Copy of Driving License Covid card.
