We provide comprehensive care to a diverse caseload, including worker"s compensation and regular insurance patients. We foster a supportive environment that encourages professional development and ongoing education.What We Offer: â Competitive Pay: $85,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience) â Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday Pay â Medical Premiums Covered (75%) â Simple IRA (3% matching) â Flex Spending Account: $1,500 annually (paid out in January) â Medbridge Account â Potential Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00 â One-hour slots for Evaluations â Opportunities for Professional GrowthJob Responsibilities: Meet with patients to identify needs and set goalsDevise and implement detailed treatment plansEducate, motivate, and encourage patients through the treatment processMonitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient's medical teamCommunicate changes in patient function and modify treatment goals as neededOversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adjust plans of careMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state regulationsProvide ongoing education to physicians, patients, family/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsDocument patient appointments and progress according to departmental and regulatory standardsEvaluate shoulder, elbow, and hand injuriesExposure to Work Rehabilitation programs Qualifications: ? Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington ? Strong Clinical Skills with Proficiency in Computer Skills â¤ï¸ Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach ? Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal Experience in hand therapy (preferred but not required; we will train)Familiarity with worker"s compensation claims Work Schedule: Clinic hours are 8 am—6 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer various scheduling options, including 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s.
