Apply Here About the Role: Were seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a leading national rehabilitation network. This role is perfect for clinicians passionate about helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care. What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and movement disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document progress, maintain compliance, and ensure timely reporting Supervise PTAs and aides while supporting a collaborative care environment Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies Stay current with best practices through ongoing training and professional development Schedule & Caseload: Monday-Friday, 8am5pm (some flexibility) Outpatient ortho setting, averaging 1416 patients/day May rotate between clinics (23 days at one site, remainder at another) Supportive ramp-up period for new hires to learn documentation systems Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state PT license (or eligibility) Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Ability to supervise assistants and aides What We Offer: Competitive pay with flexible compensation models Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Work-life balance: vacation, parental leave, paid holidays Professional growth: mentorship, leadership tracks, continuing education, residency programs Support for new grads and foreign-trained PTs (PTLA/CI programs available) Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus options Why Join Us?
