Physical Therapist & Physical Therapist Assistant (New Graduates Accepted) Locations: Beaumont & Port Arthur, TX Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available Work Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and patient-centered Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join a top outpatient rehabilitation team in the Golden Triangle Region of Southeast Texas. Our practice is committed to delivering individualized care with a strong emphasis on advanced manual therapy techniques , ensuring each patient receives hands-on, personalized treatment. Key Responsibilities: Physical Therapist (PT): Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver high-quality outpatient care with a strong focus on manual therapy. Provide patient education regarding treatment goals, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and facility standards. Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education. Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT. Provide hands-on therapy interventions and patient education. Accurately document daily treatments and patient progress. Communicate effectively with supervising PTs regarding patient response and recommendations. Assist in creating a safe, positive, and patient-focused clinical environment. Qualifications: PT Requirements: Active Physical Therapist License in the State of Texas (ECPTOTE required). Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited program. Strong manual therapy skills preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome to apply. PTA Requirements: Active Physical Therapist Assistant License in Texas (ECPTOTE required). Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
