Content Marketing Specialist 3+ months with high possibility of extension 1st Shift Standard Harrisburg PA USA 17101 Description: Job Summary: The Content Management/Communications Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, updating, managing, and organizing content related to our HR ServiceNow portal. You will also create new content based on an existing library to streamline and summarize content and forms to provide a user-friendly experience. Qualifications: • Strong copywriting, content creation, or journalism skills. AP Style preferred. • Proficiency in managing and organizing knowledge articles and interfaces with online forms, case management, and documents. • Expertise in using AI to generate summary pages. • Familiarity with how Content Management Systems (CMS) and their repositories work. • Expertise in categorizing, targeting audiences, and metadata creation. • Command of the approval process and working nimble and quick with content revisions. • Familiarity with HR (Human Resources) content a plus. • Able to work within a project framework with established deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a large project team and varied stakeholders.
