This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level attorney who wants to build strong litigation experience on the management side while working within a highly respected employment practice. About the Role The firm is seeking an attorney with: 2-4 years of labor & employment law experience Meaningful employment litigation exposure Strong academic credentials and solid writing skills Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (must be able to practice immediately) This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and flexibility. You'll work closely with experienced partners on a wide range of employment disputes, gaining hands-on responsibility early and developing a well-rounded management-side practice.
