Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Client: State of NC Job ID: 730553 Job Description: This is request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow applications and specifically the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, and reporting Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies. 5+ years' experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) 3+ years' experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Ability to estimate software development efforts.
