Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Clinical Lead

Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for the Clinical Lead position at Park Forest Care Center, a lovely nursing home in Westminster, CO. This is an hourly position that could grow into full-time as the program grows.At Independence Rehab, our goal is to provide each patient with top-quality care. Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes.Job Duties: The Clinical Lead oversees the entire therapy department including part-time, full-time, and PRN staff membersAttend regular facility multi-disciplinary management meetingsManage relationships with facility leadership/administrationInterview/hire therapy staff in cooperation with RecruitingCreate work schedules for the therapy teamEffectively manage department revenues/expenses to ensure sustainable profitabilityBe the "face of the company" with patient family members and friendsCarry a regular patient caseload. Minimum 50% productivity (expectations vary depending upon the size of the facility)Understand and ensure the therapy team maintains strict compliance with government regulations and guidelinesTrain the therapy team on policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Requirements: Current Colorado PTA license in good standingAssociate degree from an accredited college or universityOrganized, self-starter with a love for the geriatric populationPrior SNF experience highly preferred Thanks again, we hope to hear from you soon!
